Loudoun School for the Gifted is the only private school in Virginia to focus on gifted education for middle and high school students.

We opened the high school in 2008 and are opening our middle school in 2012. When the middle school opens, both the middle school and the high school (which has operated as Ideal Schools High School since 2008) will become Loudoun School for the Gifted, to better reflect the design and concentration of our academic program and the academic accomplishments of the students who enroll.
